Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-sales activities including presentation, demonstration, user requirement collection, solution design and proposal preparation

• Provide expertise in AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), document management systems, and knowledge management solutions to address client needs

• Be able to understand infrastructure design (including network and server systems) at pre-sales stage

• Work closely with sales team to drive business opportunities

• Assist in preparing formal RFP response for Government / Enterprise customers

• Handle adhoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• At least 8 years in presales or relevant experience

• Experience in infrastructure architecture design, such as networking, virtualization, or backup solutions, is an advantage

• Knowledge or experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), document management, and knowledge management systems is highly preferred

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment

• Good command of languages
