Job Overview:​

We are seeking proactive individuals to join our trainee program, with a focus on maintaining good customer relationships and supporting daily operations. In this position, you will gain practical experience in customer communication, project coordination, and service optimization.

Main responsibilities:​

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and provide assistance

• Support daily operations and help coordinate team work

• Collect and summarize customer feedback to provide reference for service improvement

• Draft daily reports and maintain orderly file records

• Participate in team projects and complete other assigned tasks

• Assist in the planning and organization of company seminars and activities

• Regularly contact and follow up with customers to ensure tasks are completed
