Requirements:

• Proven track record in agency training or distribution leadership within a large-scale financial institution or insurance firm.

• Experience leading digital learning initiatives (LMS, AI, or Virtual Learning).

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and CPD accreditation standards.

• Candidates with front line agent experience would be considered as assistant manager.
