Job Responsibilities:

• Funds Transfer Management:

  • Facilitate the transfer of funds between accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

  • Maintain detailed records of all funds transfers and generate reports as needed.

• Funding Requests:

  • Proactively request and manage funds from management as necessary to support operations and projects.

  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely availability of funds.

• Ad Hoc Duties:

  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that align with departmental goals.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good manner to learn

• Shift duty required

• Good team player and good communication skills
