### What You’ll Do

- Be the **go-to person for clients**: gather requirements, prepare quotes, and manage expectations.

- Coordinate translators, editors, typesetters, and QA specialists to deliver top-quality work.

- Recruit and onboard freelance talent, while keeping projects on time and on budget.

- Handle contracts, invoices, and vendor payments with precision.

- Keep everything running smoothly — and step in hands-on when needed.

### What We’re Looking For

- A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a **can-do startup mindset**.

- Strong organizational and communication skills in English (extra languages are a plus).

- Ability to commit to **full-time weekday hours (9–6)** while enjoying the flexibility of a contract role.

- Bonus points for project management certifications, translation industry experience, or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
