About the Role

In this role, you will supervise day‑to‑day transport operations, manage drivers and subcontractors, and ensure routes, hygiene, and service standards run efficiently and consistently.

What You'll Be Doing

· Assist in managing fleet operations, including company trucks and outsourced delivery teams, to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and timely customer fulfilment

· Support the daily operation in areas such as route planning, hygiene standards, manpower planning, staff performance, and training; ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and internal SOPs

· Oversee and monitor subcontractors’ performance to maintain service quality

· Ensure the Transportation Management System (TMS) is fully utilized and integrated into daily workflows

· Handle petty cash records and reimbursement preparation

· Take the lead in accident investigations and handle customer complaints professionally

· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Working hours: 5 days work week, 07:00-15:45 / 08:00-16:45 (as assigned by the supervisor)

What We're Looking For

· Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines

· Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations within a sizable organization; strong knowledge in either fleet management or local distribution operations

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and develop frontline teams
