<p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Schedule and coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods</li> <li>Prepare all necessary documents, reports and clerical supports for DC operation</li> <li>Handle daily warehouse tasks such as data entry and filing, as well as order processing</li> <li>Collaborate with the operations team/ relevant departments to resolve any transportation-related issues or delays</li> <li>Perform any other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>We are looking for someone with:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines</li> <li>Preferably with experience in transportation coordination or logistics operations</li> <li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing</li> <li>Initiative, positive and well-organized</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Working schedule on shift</li> </ul>
