​Key Responsibilities:​​

1. ​Financial Accounting & Reporting:​​ Oversee the complete accounting cycle for the Hong Kong entity or cross-border business units, ensuring accurate and compliant monthly/annual financial reporting under IFRS/HKFRS.
2. ​Budgeting & Cost Control:​​ Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and cost control analysis processes, providing clear financial insights and decision support to senior management.
3. ​Treasury & FX Management:​​ Manage corporate cash flow and optimize capital structure. Handle cross-border payments and receipts, and proactively manage foreign exchange exposure, developing and executing hedging strategies.
4. ​Trade Finance & Compliance:​​ Review import/export contracts and related documents. Manage trade finance instruments like Letters of Credit (L/C) to ensure compliant and efficient transactions.
5. ​Audit & Tax Coordination:​​ Act as the primary liaison with external auditors for the annual audit. Manage tax compliance and planning for Hong Kong and related cross-border transactions.
6. ​Systems & Process Improvement:​​ Utilize ERP systems proficiently and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing and automating financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
7. ​Stakeholder Communication:​​ Maintain close communication with internal and external parties, including overseas headquarters, mainland subsidiaries, banks, legal counsel, and company secretaries to ensure seamless financial operations.

​Qualifications & Experience:​​

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. ​Experience:​​ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A background in multinational corporations, international trading firms, or financial institutions (particularly with exposure to fund accounting/alternative investments) is highly preferred.
3. ​Technical Skills:​​
   • In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS).
   • Comprehensive financial acumen covering general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and audit.
   • Proven, hands-on experience in treasury management and foreign exchange risk control.
   • Practical experience in trade finance (e.g., L/C processing) or fund accounting (e.g., NAV calculation) is a significant advantage.
4. ​Language:​​ Full professional fluency in ​English, Mandarin, and Cantonese​ is mandatory to act as an effective communication bridge in a bilingual environment.
5. ​Systems & Credentials:​​ High proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and major ERP financial software. Candidates actively pursuing or holding an international professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA) will be prioritized.
