Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management of the company's cash and bank accounts, including receipt, payment, reimbursement and bank settlement business processing
2. Complete bank reconciliation and cash count on time to ensure accurate bookkeeping
4. Assist the accounting team in completing the monthly and year-end closing work, provide the necessary cash flow statements and other related data
5. Assist in handling daily communication and affairs coordination with banks, auditing and other external institutions
6. Complete other temporary tasks related to fund management assigned by superiors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, accounting, finance or relevant professional background
2. At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related fund management positions, those with work experience in Hong Kong local enterprises or US enterprises are preferred
3. Applicants with 1 to 2 years of work experience at Big 4 (four major accounting firms) will be given priority
4. Familiar with Hong Kong bank settlement procedures and common financial software operations
5. Proficient in using Excel and other office software, with basic data processing abilities
6. Work detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, have good communication skills and team cooperation awareness
7. Have basic Chinese and English communication skills
9. Preference will be given to those who can immediately start work or who are given short notice

Working hours: 9:30~18:00 (Monday to Friday)
