Duties:

• Manage company cash and bank accounts, including receipt, payment, transfer and exchange rate verification;

• Daily reconcile cash and bank deposit journal entries to ensure accurate accounting;

• Cross-border fund compliance and exchange rate operations, familiar with foreign exchange management policies, handling exchange rate conversion, foreign exchange purchase, outward payment, and offshore lending;

• Follow up on bank settlement and foreign exchange sales processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in fund transfer;

• Handle employee reimbursement, emergency fund management, and petty cash reimbursement;

• Assist accounting personnel in preparing monthly cash flow reports and balance adjustment tables;

• Maintain and bank business relationships, handle opening and closing accounts and bill payments;

• Ensure that fund operations comply with the company's internal control system and Hong Kong's relevant laws and regulations;

• Assist in handling other administrative and financial support work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, accounting, finance or Relevant background is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in a related position, those with Hong Kong company experience are preferred.

• Familiar with Hong Kong bank operations and bill processing rules.

• Proficient in Office software and financial systems, attention to details and strong sense of confidentiality.

• Have good digital sensitivity and basic English communication skills.
