Job Responsibilities

• Actively contact customers in the store, understand their property needs and provide suitable housing information

• Assist in following up and organizing real estate information for sale, ensuring accurate and timely information

• Arrange and lead customers to visit residential units on site, provide professional viewing advice and answer inquiries

• Take photos or make short videos of the property when needed, for promotional and advertising purposes

• Learn the real estate agency process under the guidance of experts, gradually master the basic knowledge of leasing and buying and selling transactions

• Graduates with secondary five education or above, no need for relevant experience, welcome newcomers to the industry

• Interested in the real estate industry, with good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with others

• Able to work at a fixed retail location in Tseung Kwan O, follow the rules, and not need to solicit customers on the street

• Willing to accept free license training and professional real estate courses provided by the company

• Understand basic computer operations, have a sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude

• Provide a stable base salary, plus generous commission and performance bonuses
