Key Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for AI-powered web products; independently create prototypes, craft UI visual designs, and deliver high-fidelity design assets.

2. Drive the rollout and iteration of product design guidelines, build and refine the product design system, and align unified visual and interaction standards across the product line.

3. Follow through on design requirement implementation, collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure pixel-perfect design execution, gather cross-stakeholder feedback, and iteratively optimize the overall user experience.

4. Stay abreast of design trends in AI-powered products, infuse cutting-edge design thinking into product iterations, and elevate both user experience and visual polish of our web products.

Key Qualifications

1. Design-related academic background; possess a solid foundation in UX thinking and proven UI design proficiency.

2. Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; able to independently deliver UI design and component library development, with meticulous attention to design guidelines and visual details.

3. Prior experience building and rolling out design systems is a strong plus; experience designing AI-powered products will be a desirable bonus.

4. Excellent proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align efficiently with product and R&D teams, with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
