Job Description
AI Developer (University IT Department)

Salary: HK$20,000 – 25,000 × 12 months
Location: Kwun Tong
Working Hours: Standard office hours (Mon–Fri)
What you'll do:
Design, develop, and launch new AI applications from scratch
Build automation workflows using Python, n8n, and similar tools
Conduct background research, system analysis, integration, and report writing
Work with LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, web scraping, etc.
Hands-on involvement in the full AI project lifecycle
What we're looking for:
1–2 years of Python programming experience (AI background not required, but fast learner is a must)
University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Genuine passion for AI and large language models
Bonus if you have personal/school/work projects related to AI
Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and a good team player
Stable university environment, good benefits, relatively low pressure – perfect for a young developer who wants to truly build AI solutions from start to finish!
