Responsibilities:
•Conductuserresearchusingvariousmethods,includingbutnotlimitedtointerviews,surveys,usabilitytesting,specificallyfocusedonbankingproductsandservices
•Analyzequalitativeandquantitativedatatoderiveinsightsthatinformthedesignofuser-friendlybankingapplicationsandservices
•CollaboratewithUXUIdesigners,productmanagersindifferentcitiestoconductresearchandunderstandtheiroperationalflowsandcustomers’needstoensurelocalizedusercentereddesignincompliancewithindustryregulations
•Developuserpersonas,journeymapsandexperiencesprototypestailoredtobankingcustomers
•Presentresearchfindingsandactionablerecommendationstostakeholders
•Stayinformedonindustrytrends,andbestbehaviorsciencepracticesinUXresearchwithingthebankingsector
•Manageexternalresearchvendor&facilitatedesignworkshopwhennecessary
•Tosupportadhoctasksassigned
SkillsandQualifications:
•Bachelor'sdegreewithatleast5yearsofworkingexperience,includingatleast3yearsofexperienceleadingresearchstudies:planning,recruiting,executing,andanalyzing.
•Havestrongknowledgeofqualitativeandquantitativeresearchmethodologiessuchasusabilitytests,interviews,surveys,cardsorting,treetesting,andknowwhenthesearebestused.
•Workingknowledgeofcollaboration,design,andprototypingtools(e.g.,Figma,Figjam,Miro,etc.)
•Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationsskills,bothEnglishandCantoneseandfacilitationskills,includingeducatingtheteamaboutuserresearch
•Strongstrategic,analytical,andproblem-solvingskillsareamust
