If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform detailed typesetting checks for technical and user documentation, ensuring adherence to customer and project guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Verify the accuracy of tables of contents, page numbering, line lengths, spacing, punctuation, and language codes.</p></li><li><p>Check for correct product names, country of origin labeling, and other standard content elements across multiple languages.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper formatting and preventing overset text.</p></li><li><p>Conduct content verification between source and target language versions (accuracy, completeness, and formatting).</p></li><li><p>Review and validate project logs, file naming conventions, and file dimensions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with customer-specific formatting requirements and relevant industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Perform basic proofreading and usability checks as needed.</p></li><li><p>Complete and maintain checklists for each project.</p></li><li><p>Provide constructive feedback to internal teams and report issues to management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>2–3+ years of experience in documentation editing, typesetting checks, or content validation.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and working with structured checklists.</p></li><li><p>Strong command of written and spoken English for clear communication.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail, with strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and layout integrity.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and process-oriented work style.</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p></li><li><p>Team player with strong interpersonal skills, while also able to work independently under pressure.</p></li></ul><p></p>
