Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare various kinds of valuation tasks for assets located in Hong Kong, China and overseas

• Carry out market research, conduct site inspections and prepare valuation models, draft valuation reports & related documentations

• Supervise and review the work of junior team members

• Assist in project administration of the department

• Assist in promoting the professional services of the company

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying or equivalent

• Qualifications of MHKIS/MRICS preferred

• Real Estate Valuation

• Over 2 years' experience in valuations for properties in Hong Kong and China preferred

• Candidates with valuation experiences in IPO projects preferred

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office and Chinese Processing

• Strong analytical and managerial skills

• Able to work under pressure and under tight schedule

• Willing to travel frequently

• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE preferred
