Job responsibilities

• Monitor and intervene during autonomous vehicle operations to ensure safety and minimize risks.
• Provide on-road support, emergency response, and traffic guidance for test/project vehicles.
• Conduct pre-drive checks, functional tests, and maintenance for autonomous fleets.
• Operate chase vehicles to protect autonomous test vehicles and coordinate safety measures.
• Maintain vehicle readiness (cleanliness, inspections, supplies).
• Handle incident documentation, scene management, and passenger communications.
• Report operational issues to improve system performance.
• Complete assigned tasks including receptions, training, and special projects.

Job requirements

• Completed a diploma or higher qualification.
• No record of driving under the influence, drug use, or similar offenses;
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 1) with at least 3 years of driving experience and no major traffic accidents;
• Should have a basic understanding of vehicles, the ability to identify faults and operate computers and Office software (Word, Excel);
• Strong comprehension and verbal organization skills; ability to identify issues independently and provide timely feedback;
• Excellent learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good team collaboration skills, and effective communication and comprehension abilities.
• Mandatory fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese
