Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- According to the instructions of the repair order, efficiently and accurately perform car inspections and maintenance work to ensure compliance with the dealer and original factory technical standards.
- Conduct a systematic check on the specified vehicle, identify potential safety hazards or additional maintenance projects, and make reasonable recommendations.
- If you discover additional maintenance needs or are unable to complete the job within the scheduled time, immediately notify the service consultant to coordinate customer communication.
- Work closely with department managers and administrative teams to confirm the supply status of the required parts, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted repair process.
- Regularly report on tool and equipment abnormal conditions, and strictly follow safety procedures to operate various machines and testing instruments.
Work requirements
- Have a background or technical certificate in automotive repair, those with actual automotive repair experience are given priority.
- Familiar with various types of vehicles, chassis, engine, brakes, suspension and electronic control systems diagnosis and repair procedures.
- Have good communication skills, be able to clearly communicate technical information to supervisors, service consultants and support teams.
