Responsibilities

•Source and evaluate tech startup projects, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment analysis reports;

•Recommend high-quality projects, participate in negotiations and investment plan formulation;

•Track post-investment project management, assist portfolio companies in connecting with Group resources;

•Use financial tools for risk assessment and optimize investment strategies.

Requirements

•2+ years of experience in venture capital/investment analysis; focus on the tech sector is preferred;

•Solid foundation in financial theory, proficient in the use and innovation of financial tools;

•Excellent risk management, communication & negotiation, and project management capabilities;

•Familiar with Hong Kong and cross-border venture capital markets, fluent in English and Chinese (professional working proficiency).
