Relationship Manager, Virtual Banking (High-Net-Worth Portfolio)
Location: Contact Center (with branch visits as required)
Reporting to: Team Head, Virtual BankingJob Purpose
You will manage a portfolio of over 1,000 existing High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, serving as their primary point of contact through our digital and virtual platforms. While your home base is our contact center, you will provide a premium "O2O" (Online-to-Offline) experience, meeting clients face-to-face at designated branches for regulated activities like investment and insurance closings.
Key Responsibilities
Virtual Portfolio Management: Proactively manage and grow an assigned portfolio of 1,000+ HNW clients via digital channels (Phone, Video, Live Chat, and Email).
Financial Advisory: Provide professional, tailor-made advice on wealth management, including investment strategies and insurance protection.
O2O Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings at physical branches to fulfill legal requirements for selling insurance plans or complex investment products in Hong Kong.
Sales Performance: Achieve assigned KPIs in areas such as Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, insurance premium targets, and investment turnover.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all virtual and in-person interactions strictly adhere to HKMA and SFC regulatory standards, including Product Suitability and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year of solid experience in retail or virtual banking, specifically providing investment and insurance advice.
Licensing:
IIQE: Must have passed Papers 1, 2, and 3.
HKSI: Must have passed Papers 1, 7, and 8.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport virtually and professionally in person.
Mindset: Digital-savvy with a high degree of adaptability to a fast-paced, technology-driven contact center environment.
Language: Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is highly preferred.
