Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate sales officer responsible for handling student admission evaluation, communicating with parents and promoting our course services. This position requires proactive talent with good communication skills, able to establish long-term trust relationships with parents and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

• Responsible for receiving and following up on parent inquiries, introducing and promoting courses

• Arrange student admission evaluation and communicate with teaching team to ensure smooth evaluation process

• Explain evaluation results to parents, understand students’ learning needs, and provide appropriate course recommendations

• Follow up on application procedures and payment details

• Maintain good relations with parents to ensure their satisfaction with the course and services

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the center's sales targets

• Regularly report sales data and market feedback

Position requirements (Requirements)

• Secondary School Diploma or above

• 1 year or above sales, education center or customer service experience (with education industry experience preferred)

• Excellent communication skills and persuasion ability, proactive and positive

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and general office software
