As an Information Systems & Technology Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and advancement of our information systems and IT infrastructure across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, deliver high-profile projects, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and service.

Your missions

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of core business information systems, including POS platforms, inventory management systems, logistics software, and Microsoft 365/enterprise collaboration tools, ensuring data accuracy, system interoperability, and alignment with regional business processes.

• Manage end-to-end operations of IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, desktop/mobile devices, server systems) for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan locations, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring 99.9%+ uptime for systems critical to retail and office operations.

• Lead cross-functional IS&T projects, including new store opening system/infrastructure setup, office relocation tech integration, and system upgrades—from requirement definition and vendor management to deployment, user training, and post-launch support.

• Plan and execute IS&T solutions for high-profile retail events (e.g., WOF, MTO, trunk shows, product launches), including temporary system configurations, network setup, POS deployment, and real-time technical support to ensure smooth event operations.

• Deliver L1/L2 technical support for information systems and IT infrastructure to store and office users, resolving 80%+ of issues within 24 hours.

• Ensure regional IS&T operations comply with global IT policies, data privacy laws (e.g., Hong Kong PDPO, Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act), and luxury retail industry standards.

Your profile

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) management, with at least 3 years in the luxury retail or consumer goods industry; experience supporting multi-location, cross-regional operations in Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan is highly preferred.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency required).

• Tools / software: Proficiency in managing POS systems, inventory management software, logistics applications, and Microsoft 365; familiarity with LAN/WAN/WiFi network administration (Cisco, Meraki preferred), device management tools (Microsoft Intune, Jamf), and system integration best practices.

• Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project delivery.
