Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive 15 minutes early at the designated location to receive supplies from suppliers and set them up.
• Daily work preparation includes tablets and chargers and other related equipment.
• Responsible for opening and closing recycling stations, and taking photos of the stations to send to the work group.
• Greet citizens politely, answer relevant inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep your work area clean and organized to ensure a clean and orderly environment.

Work requirements:

• Understand food waste classification knowledge and be able to correctly guide garbage classification.
• Familiar with common communication software and mobile phone applications, with basic operating skills.
• Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively respond to citizens’ problems.
• Fluent in Cantonese listening, speaking, and writing, able to communicate smoothly with local residents.
• Hard-working and punctual, with a high sense of responsibility and discipline.
