Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for potential customer development and long-term maintenance, deeply exploring customers’ core needs in insurance planning, wealth enhancement, retirement arrangements, wealth inheritance, MPF integration, etc.;
2. Based on the customer's family structure, financial situation and risk tolerance, tailor a professional and compliant wealth management planning solution, covering life insurance, medical emergencies, education savings, retirement planning, cross-border asset allocation, etc. ;
3. Responsible for professional explanation, implementation and follow-up services of the solution, timely response to customer needs, maintenance of long-term stable customer relationships, and improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
4. Continuously follow up on the latest financial market dynamics, regulatory policies and product systems, actively participate in training and learning, and continuously improve our professional abilities and service levels;
Job Requirements
1. Hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card/legal right to full-time employment in Hong Kong, part-time applicants must comply with the relevant provisions of the Hong Kong Labor Law;
3. Have fluent Cantonese communication skills, good English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities are preferred, those who can serve customers from Hong Kong and the Mainland will be given extra points;
4. Have good communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability and customer service awareness, do things seriously and responsibly, have strong goal awareness, execution ability and stress resistance ability;
5. Have strong interest in wealth management industry, willing to actively learn professional knowledge, have good professional ethics, integrity and compliance awareness;
6. Those with financial industry-related experience, insurance/pension sales experience, and personal customer resources are preferred. Graduates and cross-industry job seekers are welcome to apply.
