The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and driven Business Development Managers to help shape our presence in Hong Kong. Whether you are an experienced professional or a recent graduate eager to launch your career, you will receive comprehensive business development training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear pathway for advancement.

This role is ideal for those looking to transition into business development or accelerate their growth within the field. High performers with less experience will have the opportunity to advance into managerial positions and build their own teams.

What You Will Do

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.

• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients and sponsors.

• Support the recruitment and onboarding of future sales and business development talent.

• Research new and existing markets to uncover growth opportunities for Rainbow Wealth.

• Create and execute long-term strategies to drive revenue across multiple business units.

• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs.

What We Look For

• A degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (not mandatory for candidates with strong potential).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.

• Knowledge of effective sales strategies and business development practices is a plus.

• Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or hold a valid working visa (Student, Dependent, IANG, TTPS)
