Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the UI/UX design of the company's Defi + AI products, covering web and mobile interfaces and user experience optimization.

• Deeply involved in the full process design of products from 0 to 1 and from 1 to N, including requirement analysis, user journey clarification, wireframe drawing, visual specification formulation, and component library systematization.

• Output high-fidelity visual drafts, interactive animations, and complete design specification documents, and continuously iterate and optimize product experiences based on user feedback and data.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end development engineers, and branding teams to ensure design solutions are efficiently implemented and maintain design and implementation consistency.

• In-depth research on Web3 industry development trends, including wallet interaction mode, on-chain data visualization, DeFi operation process, and AI technology interaction and integration in products.

• Regularly conduct user research and competitive product analysis, distill design insights, and drive continuous upgrades in product experience and visual style.

• Assist in building and maintaining a company-level Web3 design system (Design System), improving design efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Work requirements

• Applicants with 3 years or more of UI/UX design experience, those with 1 to 2 years of Web3 or blockchain-related field design experience are preferred.

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects, etc., mainstream design tools, with animation design and prototype interaction capabilities.

• Familiar with various Web3 product forms, including wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEX), NFT platforms, collateral mechanisms, cross-chain functions, Layer2 solution and RWA (real-world assets), etc., and able to quickly understand the on-chain operation logic.

• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, Web3 information architecture, responsive layout, and mobile and web design standards.

• Have excellent aesthetic and information visualization skills, and be good at designing complex Dashboards, data charts, and status feedback interfaces.

• Have good communication skills, team spirit and self-motivation, and be able to deliver results efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Applicants are required to provide a portfolio, which must include Web3-related projects or complex system UI design cases (as a necessary condition).
