• Develop & Implement: Translate stunning UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality, clean, semantic code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

• Responsive & Cross-Browser Design: Ensure impeccable web layouts, animations, and responsiveness across various screen sizes, modern browsers, and devices.

• Accessibility Integration: Implement Web Accessibility (W3C WCAG) standards to ensure digital experiences are inclusive for all users (experience with accessibility is a huge plus!).

• Collaborate closely: Partner with our Project Managers, Back-end Developers, and UX/UI design teams to seamlessly integrate front-end components with back-end logic and APIs.

• Optimization & Testing: Conduct front-end performance tuning, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing to ensure fast page load speeds and smooth user interactions.

Requirements & Key Skills

• Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Creative Media, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in web front-end development (Fresh grads with a strong portfolio will be considered).

• Core Tech Stack: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

• Modern Frameworks (Plus): Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or Tailwind CSS is highly preferred.

• CMS Familiarity (Plus): Prior experience styling or integrating templates for content management systems like Drupal or WordPress is an advantage.

• Tools: Proficient with Git version control.

• Attributes: Good problem-solving abilities, high attention to visual detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
