Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for uploading approximately 60 new products (athletic apparel) to the Shopify platform (B2B not B2C), including product name, description, specifications, pricing, etc.

• Systematically organize product variations (such as color, size, style), ensure clear option logic and accurate labeling, and enhance customer purchasing experience

• Adjust image size and format (such as WebP/JPEG), naming conventions, and ALT text according to Shopify's best practices to ensure page loading speed and SEO friendliness

• Optimize product page structure: unify information levels, enhance key selling points, complete size charts and material descriptions, and improve conversion rates

• Assist in reviewing the overall navigation and classification structure (Collections) of the website, propose specific and feasible restructuring suggestions, and enable target markets (US and European customers) to quickly locate goods

• Propose improvement solutions for multi-color product display (such as visual color cards, switching animations, instant preview of the main image, etc.), reduce customer doubts

• Based on existing traffic and user behavior logic, provide specific strategy suggestions to improve the conversion rate from "visitor to inquiry" (such as CTA design, contact entry reinforcement, trust element layout, etc.)

• Have Shopify backend practical operation experience, familiar with product management, variant settings, theme editor (Theme Editor) and basic Liquid syntax, those who are familiar with these are preferred

• Pay attention to details, have good information architecture awareness and visual organizational skills, and be able to independently complete high-quality, error-free shelving operations

• Have basic e-commerce product presentation thinking, understand the differences in copywriting style, compliance labeling (such as size comparison, material composition), and image needs in different markets (especially the US and Europe)

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience; Educational qualifications are not limited, fresh graduates or freelancers are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English communication (mainly written); understanding Cantonese is a plus

• Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity or a valid work permit in Hong Kong

• Flexible work mode: support hybrid office (No. 20, Hong Kui Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong) and remote collaboration; daily working hours are generally 10:00-18:00, and specific working hours can be negotiated
