We are seeking a capable, adaptable, grounded and growth-oriented Practice Manager to join our team and contribute to a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth and professional day-to-day operations of the studio

• Provide attentive, accurate and compassionate client support

• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust

• Continuously improve operational systems and processes

• Support marketing, business development and overall practice management

• Coordinate effectively with external partners and service providers

Skills and Qualities

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)

• Comfortable working within a culturally diverse environment

• Digitally confident and AI-literate

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Openness in wellness and natural healing

• Openness to self-reflection, personal development and inner growth

• Responsible, professional and solutions-focused

• Able to take initiative, follow through on projects and work collaboratively
