Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining the wholesale sales network of Mediderma and Sesderma, focusing on medical beauty clinics, licensed beauty salons and high-end beauty centers, etc. B2B customer groups.

• Proactively expand new partnerships, regularly visit existing customers, deeply understand their business needs and market dynamics, and develop targeted sales strategies and support plans.

• Provide systemic product knowledge training to customers, covering component efficacy, applicable customer groups, combination suggestions, and clinical application scenarios, to enhance customers’ professional service capabilities and brand trustworthiness.

• Coordinate internal resources, handle customer orders, inventory inquiries, returns and exchanges, and emergency restocking, etc. after-sales affairs, ensure timely service response and stable processes.

• Submit weekly sales progress reports, customer visit records and market feedback summaries on time to help management understand sales trends and optimize regional operating decisions.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for daily interactions, with basic English reading and writing abilities.

• No academic qualifications required, welcome those with sales enthusiasm and learning willingness; those with medical beauty, skin care products or healthy beauty related industry experience are even better.

• Have excellent interpersonal interaction skills and empathy, quickly build customer trust, independently handle on-site consultations and objections, and showcase a professional consulting image.

• Have basic document processing and data integration skills, be familiar with using Excel and common communication tools (such as WhatsApp, Email) for customer management and internal collaboration.
