RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Baijiu sales across Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in retail, hospitality, and corporate gifting channels Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
• Lead brand activation initiatives including tastings, cultural events, and trade shows
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns for local audiences
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in spirits or luxury F&B
• Strong understanding of Chinese Baijiu culture, product categories, and consumer segments will be an ASSET
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for cultural storytelling and brand building
