• Select and manage wine inventory for the establishment. Responsible for selecting and managing wine inventory.

• Recommend wine pairings based on customer preferences. Based on customer preferences, recommend suitable wines.

• Conduct wine tastings and educate staff and guests about wine. Hold wine tasting events and educate employees and guests about wine.

• Ensure proper storage and serving techniques for wines. Ensure that wine is stored and served according to proper techniques.

Requirements | Job Requirements

• Certification from a recognized wine education programWSET level 2 or above .

• Strong knowledge of wine regions, varieties, and tasting techniques. Familiar with wine regions, varieties, and tasting techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in fine dining or hospitality industry preferred. Experience in high-end dining or the hotel industry is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
