Responsibilities:

1. Develop customized wireless solutions (TSPs, BoQs) for telecom and enterprise clients, addressing needs like 5G coverage, IoT, and smart cities.

2. Design end-to-end network architectures using Huawei wireless products (5G, CloudRAN, indoor solutions), ensuring technical advancement and commercial viability.

3. Lead customer technical engagements, showcasing Huawei's wireless advantages and building trust.

4. Collaborate with sales on PoCs, testing, and acceptance to drive project implementation.

5. Ensure solution feasibility through collaboration with product, delivery, and operations teams.

6. Contribute to successful bids through technical proposal writing, risk assessment, and post-bid analysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. 3+ years' experience in wireless communications (4G/5G, 3GPP, major vendor solutions).

3. Experience in pre-sales support for telecom or enterprise projects preferred.

4. Proficiency in wireless network planning and optimization; familiarity with Huawei products preferred.

5. Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

6. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

7. Huawei HCIE (Wireless) or CCIE Wireless certification a plus.
