We are recruiting a skilled Facility Engineer or Assistant Facility Engineer to oversee critical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations at their cutting-edge facilities in Hong Kong. This role is perfect for FM professionals passionate about engineering excellence and innovation.

What this job involves:

• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and Google’s sustainability standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement efficient solutions
• Support facility upgrades and energy-saving initiatives
• Maintain documentation and reports for audits

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Diploma or higher in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years’ FM experience (experience in data centers, tech campuses, or corporate facilities is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of HK building codes , HVAC, and electrical systems
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a bonus)
