Job Duties:

• Build long-term relationships with customers

• Identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services

• Acquire new customers through sales and marketing activities

• Coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions

Requirement:

• University graduates preferred, with a minimum of 4 years' banking experience providing financial services to retail customers

• Experience in managing and growing assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage

• Proven track record in selling investment products is highly preferable

• Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer

• Passes in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations

• Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services, and able to ensure excellent services are provided

• Proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage

  (Candidates with less working experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Relationship Manager)

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing high-quality financial services experiences

• In-depth understanding of customers’ financial needs and recommending suitable bank products and services based on their personal or family goals

• Actively expand new customer resources, and enhance business volume through sales and marketing promotion activities

• Plan and coordinate promotional activities both inside and outside the branch to increase brand exposure and customer participation

• Continuously follow up on existing customer portfolios, push for asset allocation optimization, and enhance customer value

• Assist customers in completing investment, savings, loans and other retail banking products Consultation and transaction process

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduate, with at least 4 years of work experience in the banking industry providing financial services to retail customers

• Applicants with practical experience in managing and expanding a specified customer portfolio will be given priority

• Those with a good track record of selling investment products are especially welcome

• Must pass the licensing exam of the Hong Kong Securities Professional Association, or be exempt/recognized as a broker representative

• Must pass the MPF and insurance intermediary qualification examination

• Familiar with various retail bank products and services, and able to ensure high-quality customer service

• Active and proactive, mature and stable, strong independent work ability, customer-centered, and friendly

• Proficient in English and Chinese writing and oral expression, those who understand Mandarin are at an advantage

• Holding valid Hong Kong work visa qualifications, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention / return to Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other permit allowing work in Hong Kong

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, meeting the basic requirements of the position; those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Customer Managers

• Need to work in a office environment, working hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, enjoy a 5-day work week and bank holidays
