Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Licenses: Passing relevant Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) papers is typically a must.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, business) is often preferred for senior or management roles, but not always required for entry-level positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized insurance strategies, promote various insurance products (including life, medical and general insurance), and achieve sales targets.

• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, handle customer inquiries, assist with claim processing, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Accurately manage customer information, make good use of the company's designated software system, and ensure that policy documents are complete and error-free.

• In accordance with regulatory requirements, strictly abide by the Insurance Industry Ordinance, anti-money laundering (AML) and personal data privacy, etc. ensure that all business activities are legal and compliant.

• Have good communication skills, be able to clearly explain complex insurance policy terms, and accurately understand customer needs.

• Having sales and negotiation skills, you can effectively push the sales process and achieve your performance indicators.

• Careful and organized, able to manage multiple clients and correctly process various application forms and documents.

• Must pass the relevant insurance intermediary qualification examination (IIQE) subject, those with valid licenses are preferred.

• Educational qualifications are not limited, those with financial, business and other related bachelor's degrees are more likely to be promoted to management positions, but this is not a necessary condition for entry.

• No need for relevant work experience, welcome newcomers to join.

• Fluent in Cantonese, and able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

• Must meet the requirements of the Hong Kong work visa, accept the Hong Kong permanent resident, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention / return to Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa and other valid work permit holders.

• Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, actual working days and hours are negotiable, support hybrid office mode, and part of the time can be worked from home.
