Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and storing customers' goods to ensure their safety and accuracy
Assist customers in completing the self-pickup process at the store, providing friendly and efficient service
Regularly organize and count inventory, maintain store cleanliness and display order
Handling customer inquiries and basic problem elimination, improving delivery satisfaction
Coordinate system operations for package shelving, notification sending, and abnormal item registration
Aged 18 or above, with basic literacy and digital skills, able to use smartphones or tablets
Responsibility and patience, able to adapt to repetitive tasks and maintain service enthusiasm
Can be adjusted to fit the shift schedule, including day and night shifts or holiday attendance
Need to move small and medium-sized packages (about 5-10 kg), with basic physical load-bearing ability
Applicants with retail, logistics or customer service experience are preferred, but those with no experience can also be trained
