Handle day-to-day compliance work and regulatory reporting

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance

Solid knowledge of HKMA, SFC, or MSO regulatory requirements

Experience in regulatory affairs field desired

Scientific background (Pharmacy or related field)

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Global and regional compliance management framework

Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Audit

5-8 years of experience in compliance, risk management

In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulations in Hong Kong

Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs

At least 2 years working experience

2+ years transaction monitoring experience required

Understanding of AML frameworks and risk-based approach

Experience with crypto transaction mechanics and typologies

Compliance experience in money lending

Knowledge of Hong Kong money lending regulations

Professional certification (e.g., ACIB, ACAMS) is a plus

Strong knowledge of HK laws, especially SFC licensed activities

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management

Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, Business or related

3 years experience in compliance at financial institutions

Familiar with SFC and HKEX rules

大專以上，法律或相關專業
