Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing sales opportunities. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate target markets, identify growth opportunities, and align sales efforts with business objectives.
· Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges, conducting needs assessments, and recommending data-driven solutions.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
· Project Operation: Utilize our proprietary marketing platform to manage and deploy multi-channel campaigns.
· Market Awareness: Stay updated on marketing trends to position solutions effectively.
· Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and improve client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred), fresh grad is also welcome
· Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
· Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and close deals.
· Organization: Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learn Radica customer engagement platform and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
