The Job

You will:

• Responsible for online and offline graphic designs, artworks for Recruitment Marketing use, publishing on internal/ external promotion channels
• Develop multimedia and digital content, including graphics, videos, animations for social media platforms, and other marketing collaterals
• Handling video shooting and video editing, especially in short-form video. Including camera operation, subtitling and after effects
• Work closely with teammates to generate creative ideas for Recruitment Marketing, design concepts with strong business and digital mindset
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design style guide to ensure brand consistency across all channels

About You

You should:

• Degree / Diploma holder in creative media/ design or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video production and multimedia design
• Keen interest in internet marketing and social media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong creative senses, multimedia and video editing skills is required
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
