二、 招聘内容
2.1 诚聘岗位
负责人员 (Responsible Officer - RO) 2名。
2.2 岗位介绍
RO基本工作范围：
战略制定参与制定和实施与公司目标相一致的投资战略。
基金管理监督基金申请，担任基金经理，并确保遵守证监会的规定。
风险评估监控交易活动并定期进行合规审查，以识别和减轻潜在风险。
投资研究对债券投资进行全面研究，为战略决策提供信息。
监管联络作为与证监会的主要联系人，处理所有监管文件和通信。
产品授权牵头从证监会获得必要的批准，建立基金运营体系。
2.3 任职资格及其他要求
1）任职资格：合格的证监会第4、9类代表持牌人，能胜任RO岗位职责。
2）教育背景：相关专业本科以上学历。
3）从业经验：1-5年基金设立、运营和筹资经验，有投研或基金产品销售经验者优先。
4）监管知识：深入了解证监会和香港交易所的监管、风险管理和合规最佳实践。
5）个人素质：较强的抗压能力、多任务处理能力以及出色的分析、领导和沟通技巧，具备团队协作能力。
6）语言技能：流利的普通话和英语书面和口语，能够与不同的利益相关者有效沟通。

2. Recruitment Details
2.1 Positions Available
Responsible Officers (ROs) - 2 Positions
2.2 Role Description
Key Responsibilities of the RO:
● Strategy Development: Participate in formulating and implementing investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
● Fund Management: Oversee fund applications, act as Fund Manager, and ensure strict compliance with Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations.
● Risk Assessment: Monitor trading activities and conduct regular compliance reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
● Investment Research: Conduct comprehensive research on bond investments to inform strategic decision-making.
● Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary contact with the SFC, handling all regulatory filings and correspondence.
● Product Authorization: Lead the process of obtaining necessary approvals from the SFC and establishing fund operational systems.
2.3 Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensing: Qualified SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) Licensed Representative, capable of discharging RO responsibilities.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
● Experience: 1-5 years of experience in fund establishment, operations, and fundraising. Preference given to candidates with investment research or fund distribution/sales experience.
● Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SFC and HKEX regulations, risk management frameworks, and compliance best practices.
● Personal Attributes: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Must be a collaborative team player.
● Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, with demonstrated capability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
● Compensation & Benefits: Competitive, skill-based remuneration package commensurate with expertise. Specific terms to be discussed during interview.
