工作內容
職位目的：
協助公司執行集體的業務財務報告、法定報告及預測。
主要責任：
- 確保所有與一般保險業務相關的會計及相關監管問題得到妥善處理
- 提出並實施適當的程序和系統以提高運營效率、效能以及內部控制
- 與各個運作部門就業務和會計事項進行溝通
- 批准/審核管理控制措施，編制經審計的賬目、稅務回報、監管回報及日常憑證/日誌
- 支援RBC和IFRS 17生產活動
- 處理臨時項目
incumbent 要求：
- 商學/會計學學士畢業。最優先考慮有資格的會計師
- 金融服務行業至少5年會計和/或審計經驗，其中2年為領導層級。最優先考慮一般保險行業的工作經驗。具有更多相關經驗的申請者將被考慮為經理
- 深入的保險業務知識，良好的會計和監管知識
- 對工作充滿熱情，成熟且具備出色的表達能力、人際關係能力和管理技巧
