Experience in high-growth, internet or IT company

Strong data analysis and system development experience

Fluent English, strong communication skills

Deliver customer satisfaction through professional service quality

Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese

Less experiences will be considered as CS Associate
