Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

3 years experience with Windows/VMware/ operating systems

Experience in railway-related projects preferred

Diploma in Building Studies or Architectural Studies required

Hands-on experience in drafting and preparation of drawings

Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Excel

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Experience in railway-related projects preferred

Assist in providing quantity surveying services

Minimum 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying

Experience in maintenance projects advantageous
