<p>香港微電子研究與發展 institute (MRDI) 建立於第三代半導體的巨大潛在市場，並與國家技術發展策略相配合。</p><p>MRDI的願景是扮演強化與產業、學界、研究領域合作的領導角色，加速科學研究成果的「1到N」轉型，推動技術創新，並協助產業提高效率，實現升級轉型。</p><p></p><p><strong>我們正在尋找</strong></p><p>我們正在尋找一位高技能和經驗豐富的<strong>工業安全管理工程師</strong>加入我們的半導體製造團隊。</p><p></p><p><strong>主要職責</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement safety management standards for contractors, conduct on-site audits for contractor entry, provide training, review construction applications, and exercise inspection. 负责承揽商施工安全管理规范的制定及包商入厂审核，培训，施工申请审核，施工巡检的实施。</li><li>Establish and oversee safety management protocols for equipment, electrical systems, and hazardous materials. 制定及监督实施设备，电气，危化品安全管理的规范。</li><li>Create and enforce guidelines for the safe handling of gas and chemical materials. 制定及查核实施气体化学品Turn on的规范。</li><li>Formulate safety production responsibility systems and promote the implementation of the responsible area management system. 制定安全生产责任制，并推进落实责任区管理制度。</li><li>制定並推进实施环境健康安全 (EHS) 的教育训练年度计划。</li><li>Create and implement protocols for hazard identification and risk management. 制定及实施隐患排查治理的规范。</li><li>Perform ad hoc assignments as instructed. 根据指示执行临时交办的任务。</li></ul><p><strong>職位要求</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field. 安全工程、消防工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the establishment and operations of the mainstream 8-inch or 12-inch semiconductor fabs or LCD panel manufacturing facilities.拥有至少 5 年主流 8 英寸或 12 英寸半导体晶圆厂（Fab）或液晶面板（LCD）制造工厂的建厂及运营相关工作经验。</li><li>Relevant experience in contractor safety management, hazardous materials management, and procedures for gas and chemical handling. 具備承揽商施工安全管理、危險品管理及氣體化學品Turn on操作流程相關工作經驗。</li><li>Strong adaptability, learning ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility for varying work arrangements.</li><li>A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua), proficiency in Cantonese is preferred. 精通中英文读写及口语表达（包括粤语和普通话），会粤语者优先。</li></ul><p>注意：經驗豐富的候選人將考慮高級職位。</p><p></p><p>初始僱傭合約為12個月，經由現任員工和MRDI的雙方同意，可以續簽更長的任期。現任員工通常每週工作五天。薪資將根據資格和經驗調整。在滿意地完成合約後，將獲得薪資的15%作為獎金。</p><p></p><p><strong>申請程序</strong></p><p>請提交申請<strong>至2025年10月3日</strong>。請指定<strong>現有/最新薪資、預期薪資、</strong>和<strong>最早可到達日期</strong>在履歷表中。僅短listed候選人將會收到申請結果的通知。MRDI保留不填補該職位的權利。</p><p>由申請人提供的資訊將會保密，僅用於招聘和其他與就業相關的用途。MRDI將會保留未獲錄取申請人的個人資料，以供未來招聘用途6個月。</p><p>MRDI是一個平等機會的雇主，歡迎所有合格候選人的申請。</p>
