Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software

Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user IT support

Certifications preferred: MCTS, MCITP, MCDST

Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or engineering

CCNA or equivalent certification preferred

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure

MCSA certificates holder preferred

1 year PC, printer maintenance experience required

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Management, monitoring, and support on operations of network and IT infrastructure

Higher diploma in IT discipline required

Minimum 2 years experience in data centre or related field

Management, monitoring, and support on mobile network operations

Higher diploma in IT discipline required

Minimum 2 years experience in data centre or related field
