Primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting the stability, security, and scalability of Windows systems
Handling the installation, upgrading, and backup of systems and servers
Monitor system performance, checks system error logs and user reports, and manages user access
Troubleshoots Windows system failures, including hardware, software, and network issues
Participates in projects to improve system design and increase performance
Plan and implement business continuity as needed
Provide technical support for back-end system users
Handling cases reported by service desk escalation
Requirements
Must hold a diploma or higher degree in engineering or related disciplines
Experience in deploying and operating Active Directory, GPO, SCCM/ManageEngine is required, and knowledge in storage technology, virtualization technology, and software like VMware, Hyper-V, etc., is necessary
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, PowerShell, etc., and the ability to develop script tools for daily system operation and maintenance tasks is required
Must have good communication and coordination skills and be able to collaborate with other departments
Understanding of basic network technology and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP, SMTP, and SSL/TLS is required
Must have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, and be able to continuously improve the performance and security of Windows systems
