From its modern facilities in Kowloon Bay, our company operates 24 hours to meet the needs of our customers, which include hotels, airlines, private members clubs, restaurants and retailers. Today, Baker & Patissier employs more than 200 staff members working around the clock at its original production centre in Kowloon Bay. In 2012, the company opened a HACCP/ISO/FSSC 22000 standard factory in Clark Free Port, The Philippines. This new production centre has over 2000 employees and is currently serving over 52 countries for our export business; it has the capability to cope with the continuously expanding overseas market.
Our team has extended the brand to different types of outlets. Including "Passion" in 2012; a brand new bakery cafe concept "Sour Dough" in 2022; and consignment Bakery counters in different Supermarkets.

我們的業務範圍包括:
“製造”、“批發”及“零售”新鮮及急凍之全熟、半熟及生麵糰之麵包製品、蛋糕西餅製品及糕點製品. 種類包括: 牛角酥、丹麥酥、餐包、大麵包、紙杯蛋糕、冬甩 (炸麵包)、忌廉蛋糕、新鮮蛋糕、芝士蛋糕、曲奇餅、巧克力、甜糕點、鹹糕點、節日特色製品。
Baker & Patissier在九龍灣的生產中心聘用了大約200名員工日以繼夜地工作。在 2012 年,公司在菲律賓克拉克自由港開設了符合HACCP/ISO/FSSC 22000的標準廠房,這個新的生產中心聘用了超過2000名員工, 產品銷售到全球超過52個國家。此廠房有足夠的能力去應付不斷地發展的海外市場。
我們在香港的團隊已將品牌擴展至不同型式的門店。包括 : 2012年開設的"Passione"; 2022年開設的新式烘焙及咖啡店"Sour Dough", 以及設於各大超級市場的麵包專櫃。
