Experience in large-scale ERP project management preferred

CPA, PMP, or Information System Project Manager certificates preferred

Willingness to develop in Mongolia preferred

Lead large, medium enterprise financial system projects

Minimum 8 years project management or senior consulting experience

Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin preferred

3+ years of project management experience

Strong understanding of gold markets and trading mechanisms

Supported tendering processes, contract administration

Higher Diploma or above required

Min 1 -2 year clerical experience with construction exp is an advantage

Strong focus on project governance and compliance with funding requirements

Experience in government-funded or compliance-driven projects

Expertise in report writing, documentation, and administrative control
