On behalf of our client, a long-established banking group in Hong Kong. We are inviting high calibre Assistant/ Personal Banking Manager (Customer Services) to apply the following position to develop their career ladder in professional banking services.

Job Description

• Provide services and contact customers to provide up-to-date financial products, including account opening, loans, and promotion campaigns.

• Handle customers' applications and follow up.

• Identify existing and prospective customers' financial needs and achieve business targets.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail banking services.

• Applicants with insurance and investment licenses will be considered as Personal Banking Manager.
